The Copper Room is a retro desert hideaway that channels the glamour of mid-century travel and the romance of old-school aviation. Originally built as part of the Yucca Valley airport in the 1950s, the space has been thoughtfully revived as a polished cocktail lounge and supper club, where vintage character meets modern refinement.
The bar shines with expertly crafted classics think martinis, Manhattans, and Old Fashioneds done right alongside seasonal cocktails inspired by the desert itself. Every detail, from the warm wood paneling to the copper accents and mid-century design touches, sets the tone.

What we Love
The vibe, the music, and the bar — and especially the fresh spring rolls made with tofu, shiitake mushrooms, snap peas, carrots, and fresh herbs. The martinis are always on point.
